Hotel was really nice, rooms were clean wifi was working great too. There’s a convenience store rught beside the hotel and train station is near too. Overall amazing experience

The hotel was nice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Expedia needs to fix their description of certain rooms having a clothes washer/dryer. We booked the room specifically because it said it had a washer/dryer, but it turned out to only be a washing machine with no dryer functionality. So we still had to end up carrying our wet clothes to the public dryer machines on the other floors.

It has all the free amenities you want, including hair dryer and pajamas and slippers. I especially liked the sofa chair and desk. Very conveneitn location near a train station and large shopping mall. I highly reccommend this hotel. Small complaints - free powdered green tea in the room instead of coffee, and the mirrors are hung too low for taller people.

Paid for two nights but couldn’t make it to the hotel. No refund. It is on their page stating no refunds so it is no wonder the hotel was a better price than places that offer refunds. Sometimes flights get delayed due to no fault of our own so it was a learning experience for sure.

Good location close to train station and Lalaport shopping mall. Breakfast did not give me much choices since I am not eating Japanese food. It would have been nice with fruit (not jus brown bananas), youghurt in packages, cereal and proper fruit juice. Good service, nice staff in reception, clean and quiet. Overall good for business stay.
