I’ve stayed a few different type of rooms these 2 years and all rooms are clean and still new. A huge shopping mall is next to the hotel. Most lobby staff are quite young, always attentive and tries to manage my request efficiently.
This hotel also accommodates students as a school trip. I encountered several junior high school students inside the property though, looked they behaved really well and quiet.

This hotel is located in very convenient area. The best part of this hotel was free shuttle bus from Tokyo station to the hotel and you can take a bus to Haneda airport for only 1000yen. If you are flying out from Haneda Airport this hotels was very good.
Only 5 minutes walk to 3 train stations and so many things to do within couple stations away.
Our favorite things to do were Anitouch Odaiba, Miraikan, teamLab Planets and Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall it is a great place. Had a bad experience checking in but other than that it was good. We had breakfast and dinner each night as part of the package. It was good but there was really no variety nigh to night. We ate there for 5 days/nights and it was starting to get old. Changing up the buffet would have earned better scores. Having the laundry was very nice.
Again if not for the rude employee when we got there early, which I already posted about, it would have received excellent.

Stayed here with my daughter and we enjoyed it. Trains stations are near by, walking distance. The shopping mall is convenient which has a a lot of food options and things to buy.

The hotel is directly connected to a huge shopping mall, so convenient. So glad this time I was offered very comfy room.
Furthermore, I must mention one thing. I left my rental stuff in the room that should have been returned to the shop in Tokyo, I noticed that when I got to the Tokyo Int'l airport. With my phone call to ask for taking care of it, the problem was solved. I truly appreciate the hotels handling.
