The hotel is not far from the station. Reception staff is very good. Leave luggage before check in. In the room there is pocket wifi service which can go out and share as many wifi. Free tea, coffee, bread service in the morning. Very good, free onsen for free. Highly recommended. Anyone staying in Hakata or going to another city is convenient. Near the station / atmosphere around the hotel. Bright, vibrant, bustling. Not worth it.

Very close to JP Hakata station, especially for early train departures. Staff helpful and friendly. Extra amenities in lobby convenient. Very clean.

Hakata and Fukuoka are well worth visiting. However this hotel was quite problematic due to the room size being tiny - even by Japanese standards. Also the included breakfast was just bread rolls with drinks, with no gluten free options. Admittedly we spent very little time in the room. I also felt that it was not very close to the Shinkansen exit (despite its name), so the room size, limited breakfast and location should all be taken into consideration. Despite the aforementioned limitations, it is still recommended to come to this hotel if it helps to achieve your travel objectives. Like all Japanese hotels the staff are friendly and it was clean.

Nice hotel right by the main station. Very convenient to get around. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Some negatives. We booked a non smoking room, and confirmed this whilst checking in. However we were put on floor 6, which is the only floor with the smoking area. The corridor smells of smoke, and so did our room, and unsurprisingly could hear a lot of smokers coughing horrendously. We asked to change rooms, and the staff allowed us to straight away, which was great. As for the free continental breakfast, it is only bread/rolls, I feel this should be specified. Overall though nice place to stay.

The walls are thin and I can hear machinery running all night long, voices are easily heards. A lot of foreigners staying here who are super noisy unlike Japanese who are quiet except when they are drunk. Staff these days are slow service and don't communicate clearly.
