If you want to go to Disneyland Resort, then staying at this hotel was one of the perfect options. They provide a shuttle to and from Disneyland in various schedules, and it was a free facility from the hotel. The room was big enough for 2 adults & 2 kids (age 8 & 11). Konbini was very close next to our hotel. We had a good time staying at this hotel 😊.

A very good place to stay. Very clean, the location is near Disneyland and DisneySea, they have shuttle service, and very friendly hotel staff. Great service.

The room is clean and comfortable. I am glad that the hotel offer free one way shuttle service to some main attractions in Tokyo. All you have to do is reserve two days prior. There is also a free shuttle bus to Disneyland / DisneySea and to the closest train station (Shin-Urayasu station). I would like to thank you Norihiro Takenoshita (bell staff) for an excellent service. He was patient, understanding, and dedicated.

The service, cleanliness, and comfort are impeccable and we ate at the Sushi restaurant….INCREDIBLE experience. Loved everything including how easy they make it to go to Disney and the train station. Don’t screw up like we did and get tangled in the trains, they have airport shuttles.

The hotel was amazing and the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The food at the hotel was very good, our rooms were very comfortable and they provided everything we needed for our stay such as toothbrushes, PJs dressing gowns. The breakfast is a buffet with a wide choice of food items. is Our stay in Tokyo was made better because of the services provided by the hotel - free bus services to the local bus stop and into Tokyo centre. Throughly enjoyed and would definitely recommend.

This property was amazing. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The only thing was the location. They had shuttle to disney (very close) and to Tokyo station (about an hour). The closest station was 30min walking. Overall experience was amazing

Staff is amazing. I love this place and I end up extending my stay. Place very clean and they are always very happy to help. The only thing was the location. They had transportation to Disney (very close) and Tokyo station (about an hour) which helped a lot. The closest station was 30min walking. Overall amazing experience here.

Planning for our future stay here at Hyatt Tokyo Bay. Staffs are amazingly helpful with everything. Our stay was great. Rooftop with telescope was exciting and very relaxing with amazing Tokyo bay view. Our family of 5 fit comfortably in one room. Shuttle service is great! Breakfasts are grand. Already excited to comeback here from Kyoto trip. Thank you to all the Hyatt Tokyo Bay staff members from room #821 guests! You guys are awesome!
