I had a fantastic stay! From the start, communication with the property staff was excellent—they were quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions I had. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which made arriving after a long journey so much easier. The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything I needed, including Haeundae beach and traditional market, restaurants, shops, and local attractions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

After a long, exhausting day at Disneyland with two kids, this hotel was exactly what we needed. The amenities were top-notch, and coming back to a cozy, comfortable bed felt like such a treat. The staff went above and beyond—everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for families looking to unwind in comfort!

Overall, the property is a nice place to stay. However, the sofa bed is in poor condition. My guest felt the metal bar while sleeping. My room was for 3 guests.

Hyatt Tokyo Bay was a great place for families to stay. Walking distance to 7/11, Dominos, Mall with an amazing food court, shopping and games area for a down day.
The bus to the Disney Parks and train station was a great benefit and experience.
The food was excellent and service was top notch. No need to bring toiletries as they had everything from toothbrushes to hairbrushes and even slippers. They even offered an umbrella when we first arrived. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was one of the better ones we had on our trip.
Location is not of walking distance of anything really so had to rely on uber or shuttle bus to get anywhere which was an inconvenience.
Cleanliness was a let down. We found multiple trash items under our beds, mattress and behind draws etc. deep cleans don’t seem to be getting done.

It was one of our best hotels! Their shuttle to Disneyland, DisneySea, and the train station made traveling convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the ambiance was amazing. It provided us with a comfortable stay that felt great for the price we paid, and the amenities were wonderful. The hotel staff were also very helpful u guiding us and were always greeting us or bidding us farewell as we came and went. Everyone was so friendly, and I would definitely stay here again.
