Great stay! Greeted warmly by the lovely front desk staff. A car parking space was available so very convenient. Heaps of bars, cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance. Will be back!

Very clean, medium sized room. Fast internet. High-pressure hot shower. Comfy beds. The small onsen on the second floor was a surprise! 10 mins walk to the station. Nagano was just a stopover point for us, so we didn't spend much time. There are restaurants nearby. The breakfast was ok. Paid parking.

The carpet in my room had large stains and seemed very old and dirty. I would not foam roll or stretch on it. Check-in staff did not realize I had multiple bookings and did not reserve parking for me. No apology or effort to make amends. Same check-in staff did not allow temporary use of parking lot throughout the day when there was clearly space to accommodate the request. Staff stated I could not use the lobby to make phone calls yet they chat among themselves in laughter.

Very pleasant stay conveniently located near Nagano station. The amenities available were quite good, particularly having multiple vending machines for beverages at normal prices was certainly much better than what I’m used to here in Canada. The breakfast buffet provided was quite good, and the front desk staff were very helpful with regards to having my luggage sent to Narita airport quickly. They even gave me a small souvenir gift, which was quite nice.

i had a quick one night stay, so i didn’t expect much. the overall experience was great. the hotel is well situated, check in was a breeze, and the room had everything i needed. after sleeping surprisingly comfortably, the breakfast in the morning was also a nice touch. i would definitely return if i’m passing through or staying in nagano
