The owners are incredibly friendly and so helpful. The rooms and communal spaces are incredibly clean and welcoming in a lovely traditional japanese style. Would absolutely recommend!!

We had an amazing time at Jouya. We stayed in a cozy Japanese style room and felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accomodating and helped with any of our requests including helping deliver a pair of shoes I forgot when we checked out. There is an amazing snorkeling beach nearby (Yonehara) and a delicious bakery and okonomiyaki restaurant within walking distance. I'm so glad we chose to stay at Jouya!
