The stay was fine, the room has a good standard and well located just above the JR Asahikawa station. The only thing is the toilet paper is very thin.

Next to Aeon mall so it’s convenient. Nice view of train station. Not very safe as we don’t need to scan card to access the lift. Public bath is a bit cold. No trash bins.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. Its location is just perfect, right above Aeon mall, and just a minute walk from JR station. The design is modern and warm, room is clean.

Centeal location above AEON and very nice hotel. Though hotel parking is shared with the shopping mall customers with no dedicated spaces for hotel customers only, and so parking space could be inconvenient and quite far from hotel entrance if the mall is busy.

This is our second stay at JR Inn Asahikawa. Its the perfect location as not only is the hotel connected to the JR station, it also connected to AEON Mall, lot of food options.The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and have good spoken English. A definite hotel to stay in Asaihikawa

The location is really very convenient. The room and the big bath is very clean, though the hotel itself is not very new. The only problem I would say is the breakfast. The breakfast area is not inside the hotel. It is one storey below. That place is a commercial buffet and the cutleries are not very clean.

Comfortable beds, easy access to Aeon Mall traveling during the Japanese New Year Holiday, since many local residents were closed.
It was nice to have a bath ready coming back from skiing.

Next to the Aeon Mall and JR Station are important considerations, many food choices, retail and supermarket available make this a very enjoyable location. Will be looking for more JR Inns at other locations in future.
