Das beste Hotel, das ich in Japan hatte. Die grossen Fenster mit der Meeressicht mit den traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen bleiben mir noch lange in Erinnerung. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und gab sich jede erdenkliche Mühe. Als alleinreisende Schweizerin wurde ich herzlich umsorgt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und das Kaiseki wurde mit soviel Liebe kunstvoll angerichtet und bei jedem Gang explodierten andere Geschmacksknospen in meinem Mund.
Es war immer jemand da, der genügend englisch konnte. Das Personal entschuldigte sich, dass ihr englisch nicht so gut sei und ich möchte mich hiermit entschuldigen kein Japanisch zu sprechen.

The room is good, but there are steps up and down. It's a half-hour taxi ride from the city center, so unless you drive, it's not convenient. The beach in front is filled with garbage. Breakfast and service were good.

部屋は十分すぎるほど広くきれいでした。ただし、部屋の隅にはほこりが散見されます。清掃の時に注意された方が良いと思います。それ以外は、全く問題がないと思います。朝食もおいしく、WiFiも十分早いです。温泉も広くてきれいです。

コンセプトルームは、どれもこれも個性があって良い。
コンセプトルームさがんは湯野浜の風景をそのまま表していて、とても居心地の良い部屋だった。
またお世話になりたい。
ただ、上の部屋の足音や騒音が凄く気になった点が残念だった。
最上階蓬莱（11階）とコンセプトルーム（8階）の間にスタンダードルーム、デラックスルーム（9.10階）が有るのは配置的に何なのだろう？
コンセプトルームは、ある意味その空間を楽しみに行くお客様も多いわけだから、もう少し落ち着く配置を考えた方が良いかと思う。人にもよるけれど、上の階が少しうるさ過ぎた。
