Booked the connecting rooms for our family of 4. They were spacious clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast delivered to the rooms was unusual but fun. The free snacks and drinks were also appreciated. Really well located in Ginza too. Overall we were very impressed.

We had a very enjoyable couple of nights before leaving Tokyo after returning back from Kyoto & Osaka.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay close to the stations but also enjoyed the Ginza district.
Loved the complimentary condiments to grab snacks & drinks as we needed. This was a lovely bonus we didn’t know when booking the hotel.
Would highly recommend!

The property was exceptional. It seemed brand new, everything was immaculate, the staff was fantastic and the room layout was very good with the shower separate from the commode. They also had a nice tiny buffet in the lounge that was continuously stocked in the morning and an evening 'happy hour' with wine and sake with some unique snacks. I would stay here again.

Great hotel in Ginza area, centrally located near the metro stations (Shimbashi and Ginza stations) and close to many shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay, the room was extremely clean. My only gripe was that the bed was too firm, not good for side-sleepers.
