The hotel was clean, and quite spacious for Japan’s standard. It’s also so close with Tokyo Station. And a lot of restaurants around this hotel so you will not be hungry. There’s also a family mart closed by.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night to be close to Tokyo station to take the Shinkansen the next day. Location was perfect, within a 5 minute walk from Tokyo station and the particular station entrance was very close to the Shinkansen gates. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The room I got was a bit tight. Not an issue for me as I was staying alone overnight, but I can see how 2 people with suitcases may have to get creative in order to open suitcases (unless you don't mind putting them on the bed itself). I'd say for a quick overnight stay, it was a good match.

Unbelievable value. Right across from Tokyo station and Nihonbashi station. Lots of eating / drinking places on the block. The amenities were great. For a hotel I never heard of - the cleanliness and value is unmatched!

This hotel is just what we needed in Tokyo. Just across the street from Tokyo station so within easy reach of everything!! Just need a SUICA. It was clean and comfortable. Room size was fine. We booked a three bedded room so we could put the cases on the third bed. That worked fine for us both. The best thing? The staff. Helpful. Cheerful and welcoming. Booked our taxi for the cruise port. Would stay here again.

Very close to Tokyo Station. Our room was the most spacious that we had during our whole trip. The area is great and walking distance to many shopping areas and also convenience stores. I opted for late check out and had no issues. Staff was very kind and friendly.

The hotel was a convenient walk from Tokyo station and there was a lot of dining options and convenience stores <10 mins away. It was in the heart of a business district which made it easier to move around. The room was comfortable for a family of 5. We stayed overnight.

This hotel lacks basic facilities and the washroom is ridiculously cramped. The location is excellent. I did not enjoy my stay because the walls are traditionally Japanese construction, that is paper thin. I was kept up by someone in the adjacent room. They might as well have been in my room, it was really hard to tell. One thing I have been impressed with by my other stays in Japan was very quiet rooms. If you’re a light sleeper you are rolling the dice if you stay here.

The staff are friendly, rooms are very clean and a spacious room for family of 5 (3 kids under the age of 10). We needed to catch the Shinkansen from Tokyo station to Osaka and this was only 5min walk from the hotel. A lot of food options including 7/11 and Family Mart near by. Would come and stay again.

Room is small for the price, but overall it’s good. What I like most about it is its location. It’s only a three to five minutes walk to Tokyo Station.
