Kariyushi LCH Resort

They called it a resort which it is if you only want a holiday during certain hours of the day. The staff with the exception of the breakfast staff, were not polite or friendly like the manager. There's only 3 choices for breakfast. I have stayed in other hotels and resorts in Okinawa but would never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

We loved the beach and all of the extra activities that were offered. We enjoyed the glass bottom boat ride especially. The hotel is very nice. The mattress was very mediocre. It was not comfortable.

Good hotel in beautiful location, but breakfasts are hopeless. Only 2 dishes to choose from for the whole week can be boring for anyone.

Perfect spot right in the beach. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Book the top floor ocean view rooms for the best experience.

Perfect for family trip

It was 32 degrees and the AC in the room was terrible: very noisy and not very powerful/efficient. I booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms had extremely noisy AC units. We could not sleep: either the room was quiet but too hot with the AC off, or a little cooler but too noisy with the AC on. This ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing break. The beach and pool facilities were excellent, the location was good, the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Beach side resort with very beautiful fine sand beaches.

The room is a bit small. We paid to get upgraded to a room that faced the sea. As a result, we could enjoy viewing the sunset on our balcony. While there were not many choices in the breakfast, the food was fine. It is however not so eco-friendly for them to use disposable plates and cups/bowls. Maybe this helps to reduce their cost by not requiring to hire staff to do the washing.

The hotel is perfect, great location, the ocean side view is worth the extra money. Everything was good. I only wish the put some chairs in the balcony

The staff was overwhelmed with the volume of guests checking in. There was no place for us to leave our luggage while we waited for our room to be prepared. We couldn’t keep our luggage in our car while we waited because our car had to be parked too far away from the building. After the disorganized and frustrating check-in, our stay was ok. The location is beautiful and the pool and adjacent beach was very nice.

Localização boa bem de frente ao mar. Piscina grande e bonita,check inn e check out bem rapido,tem um lawson no hotel ajuda muito pois em Nago quase tudo fecha as 18:00 ou 19:00...Hotel novo inalgurou no mes 7 de 2020... Agora os pontos negativos: tem 2 praias privadas mais so pode entrar em 1 delas. As cadeiras de praia tem um monte com guarda sol mais para usar tem que pagar na faixa de ¥4000 por dia, toalhas de praia tambem tem que pagar ¥110 por toalha. Se nao tiver vaga do outro lado da rua tera que pagar para estacionar dentro do hotel. Preco varia de ¥500 a ¥3000 por dia. Um absurdo...:( Cafe da manha sem variedades muito fraco e todos os dias sao as mesmas coisas. Piscina tem hora para abrir e para fechar isso e ruim demais. Pois abre tarde e fecha cedo. Quiosque do hotel onde vende algumas coisas tambem fecha muito cedo... Corredor do hotel muito fedido os quartos sao muito pequenos nao tem guarda roupa a varanda e grande mais nao tem mesa nem cadeiras,nem varal. Nao tem como pendurar roupa que vc lava... banheiro pequeno demais vaso sanitario tambem pequeno ,agua do chuveiro oscila quente e fria e sai com pressao e derrepente acaba a agua hahahahah. Funcionarios sao atenciosos mais isso nao e o sulficiente para cobrar o que cobram..varias opções de passeios mais tudo um absurdo de caro... Enfim nao recomendo.....
