Even though the hotel is quite old for Tokyo, but the very close access to the station and nearby eateries makes this hotel one of the best in its class. Room size is quite spacious compared to other hotels and additional massage chairs in each room become a plus for this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, just a short walk to the station. And at check-in it's also easy, unfortunately the check-out time is too early at around 10 am, if later it will be charged again. For large rooms, so for those who carry big suitcases can 2-3 suitcases be opened at once. AC alone cannot be adjusted cool when spring, because it has automatic heating. Most of the heating is turned off via the button near the bed. Classic rooms, and no need to enter the card into the slot to turn on the lights. The card is only for accessing the room door.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is quite large and also clean. The hotel is in the prime location as the shinagawa station is just across the hotel. Few good restaurants are in the ground floor of the hotel and also a convenience store.

The hotel location is very close to the train station and also Haneda Airport. Hotel rooms are quite spacious for the size of hotels in Japan generally. The breakfast menu is very little choice for non Japanese food. Overall a very pleasant stay at this hotel and want to stay back if you are in Tokyo.

A hotel with a very strategic location in downtown Tokyo Shingawa, close to the train station. Spacious hotel room with complete facilities. Hotels are incorporated into malls with many restaurants.

Rooms like photos, the room area is rather narrow, the condition of the rooms is clean but the hotel facilities are rather old, the view from the rooms is pretty good. And the most interesting, very strategic location, opposite Shinagawa station, I will stay there again.

easy to go If there is a big bag, there is a way that can drag bags from the subway to the hotel without having to lift, but the hotel signs are rare. Because the hotel is in the building, if the first visit may be confused But everything is fine, although not very new

I am satisfied to stay at this hotel. In-room massage chairs are available. It is very useful for us who are walking a lot while traveling in Japan. Clean rooms. Complete toiletries, hotel location right in front of Shinagawa Train Station. If visiting Tokyo, I will return to stay here

Good location, is just across Shinagawa JR Stn with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Room is more spacious compared to the other hotels with similar cost. The coin laundry is very helpful. It is value for money.
