도쿄역, 긴자역, 츠키지시장, 에비스, 롯폰기 이동하는 동선이었는데 숙소 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 좋았지만 조식 서비스 포함이라고 안내받았는데 룸온리플랜이었다고 뒤늦게 말해주고..룸키도 갑자기 먹통이 된적있어서 조금 불편했던 거 빼고선 다 좋았습니다. 다음에도 또 이용할 의향이 충분히 있습니다.

Right across the street from the Fish Market and close to all the great shopping and restaurants that Ginza has to offer. We only stayed for a night. Rooms were clean, but they're small. Typical for Tokyo Hotel rooms. It was perfect for our one night in Tokyo, very central.

The floor is dirty. You can see clearly that lots of dust accumulated around the corners and near the wall. Dark color carpet can’t even mask how dirty and how much hair u can find on the floor. Toilet bowl has a strong pee smell which is pretty disgusting.
Location is good though. Near metro stations. Front desk staff are nice and helpful.

Only stayed for one night for my last night in Tokyo before flying out the next day. Typical Tokyo hotel - the room is very small. But beautifully designed and laid out. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. It is also very close (approx. 10min walk) from a station which has a train line directly to Narita airport.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I would stay here again and would recommend.

The staff was incredible and accommodating. Unfortunately, our first night was troublesome as our initial room was considerably filthy: unvaccuumed floors, sticky brown stains all around the head board, noticeable dust and debris in the halls. But what was the worst of it, was when we discovered a sizeable blood stain on our comforter and the bed liner was filthy and soiled. Thankfully the manager was incredible and moved us to a fantastic room. But walking into a room in that condition after hours of travel and at night when we just want to rest, did not leave a great impression for the facility's cleanliness.
