It was a great stay, 2018 we’ve been stay here with travel group, and we come back as a solo travelers, it was a great stay, we stay for 4 nights and we got upgrade, the view was amazing if the sky clear we can see mount fuji. The room is spacious all clean, hotel is in the city, airport limousine also stop by and from here, its very comfortable. Me and my husband like it very much, will be back for sure 🙏🏻🙏🏻 and hopefully got the best view again 😊

Great hotel with great view of Shinjuku. We were lucky enough that we could see mt. Fuji from our room. Plenty of amenities were refilled every day. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very close Shinjuku station and walkable to shops and restaurants. The hotel has two breakfast buffet restaurants that offer American breakfast and it was delicious. The service is amazing. The rooftop bar has amazing views of the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good option near all amenities. Rooms are a bit dated but well maintained. Breakfast is real good. Well positioned in a quieter location, but yet access to Shinjinku by walking.

The hotel itself is very old. The rooms have carpet and everything feels old. Check out is at 11am and after that it’s $85 per hour to stay. Not convenient if you have a late flight. The neighborhood seems like a financial district. Not much around there.

Best hotel so far in Tokyo that I have stayed. I got the deluxe room which is the renovated room so it’s new, clean and large! I also have to thank the staff as they have been amazing. Will continue to come back!

My wife and I have stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo multiple times, and it never disappoints. The location in Shinjuku is super convenient—just a short walk to the station, shops, and restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great views, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We also love the breakfast buffet and the variety of dining options in the hotel. It’s become our go-to place whenever we’re in Tokyo—reliable, comfortable, and well-run. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! I honestly wasn't expecting the hotel to be this great, since hotels near major attraction points seldom are, but they exceeded my expectations with their excellent service.
The location is fantastic. You can walk to many major attractions, restaurants, and the subway station. The hotel even has a 24/7 7-Eleven, which I found very convenient for late-night snacks and coffee.
There were two breakfast options: restaurant-style or buffet. I chose the buffet for convenience and speed. It wasn't the best I had in Japan, but I have no major complaints.
Overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again!

what I love this hotel is, walkable,near to metro station, restaurant options inside the hotel,7/11 store in the hotel..excellent service. our room is in the south wing and bonus is “Mt. Fuji view” 27th flr. rm 2764 we stay..worth the money. We will come back again when we visit tokyo.

Property is extensive and plenty of facilities onsite, very well run and professional hotel, rooms are clean but the room we stayed is was quite old and out of date, probably due for a refresh. But would still recommend this as an excellent hotel.

Did not receive any VIP benefits despite it being promised. Issues encountered were ignored by staff and management. Terrible customer service. Majority of staff don't speak English which is a barrier. Staff at the hotel warned us not to eat at the restaurants not sure why. Disappointed with the terrible service.

Had a nice stay here, one of the more spacious places we have stayed in Japan. Service from the staff was lovely. Will say bathrooms are clean but a little bit dated. It was super convenient to have a 7/11 within the hotel itself for us.
