It’s in a good spot to be near the city but also not to close in the city if you like walking and taking pictures on the way

Had forgotten to take our car key and key pouch when we left the hotel.
After 2hrs, we then remembered and quickly went back to the hotel and luckily we r able to retrieve back from the staff.

The property is not far from the action in Shinjuku however the property itself is not great. There's in mould in the rooms and the tobacco stench is pretty bad even though I was in a non-smoking room.
There are only 5 laundry machines to serve the whole building.
If the price difference is not significant I would choose another hotel.

Room is a bit tight. But the area is good. Very close to airport shuttle bus stop at Washington hotel nearby. There is a convenience store at the ground level. Smell of smoking in the corridor.

Good deal for the price in Shinjuku, next time I am definitely not staying in the Shinjuku area as everything is higher priced. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the room was very small but again for the price it was sufficient. All the staff were all very polite and friendly!

No instructions in the elevator, Room Key sensor is hard to see and very low.
6:30 am breakfast makes it difficult to get to early appointments but I liked the buffet style breakfast.
One escalator is poor, you need two (one up and one down).

タオルなどの交換後、バスタオルの上にバスマットが置かれる。
忘れたのかと思いつつ、バスタブで拭こうとバスタオルを取ろうとしてマットに気づいた。
バスタブにかけない理由が不明。
備品などは使うべき場所に置くので差し支えない。
食事有料化の結果には十分満足。
