Staff were very professional and friendly. The room was very clean and the toilet also had a bidet. The receptionists were very accommodating when they realized that I couldn’t speak Japanese. The Lawson on the ground floor and proximity to the Washington Hotel Airport Limo stop was a huge bonus. Shinjuku station is also a short walk away which added to the convenience to the location. Would book again.

Price was reasonable, each family member were able to stay in own room.
Rooms were small but enough space for one person. Location was convenient to restaurants, 7-11, Lawson, Family Mart, train station, shopping, and meeting spot for tours.

The location is close to everything else like shopping, transportation and food. They had laundry facilities which were great if you’re staying for more days. The staff spoke English and was efficient in answering questions.

The property is not far from the action in Shinjuku however the property itself is not great. There's in mould in the rooms and the tobacco stench is pretty bad even though I was in a non-smoking room.
There are only 5 laundry machines to serve the whole building.
If the price difference is not significant I would choose another hotel.

Room is a bit tight. But the area is good. Very close to airport shuttle bus stop at Washington hotel nearby. There is a convenience store at the ground level. Smell of smoking in the corridor.

Good deal for the price in Shinjuku, next time I am definitely not staying in the Shinjuku area as everything is higher priced. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the room was very small but again for the price it was sufficient. All the staff were all very polite and friendly!
