The front desk staff was lovely! She was so kind, especially when having to keep our luggage in the back all day as we were early for our check in and had a whole day in Tokyo Disney planned. I also believe we were upgraded, as the room was much larger and had a great view of the Skytree! Would definitely come back!

Hotel is clean and comfy, with super friendly staff. Location is very convenient, minute walk to subway/mall/ Skytree, also walkable distance to Asakusa area. Highly recommended!

This hotel is next to Skytree, so it is very convenient to move around, shop and dine. There is a large supermarket with pharmacy across the road, so you can buy your groceries and drugs within a 2-minute walk.
The hotel staff provided excellent client services during and after our stay. I left my cell phone in the hotel room when checked out. I emailed the hotel when on board the train to the airport and I received their reply very quickly that they found it. Then they arranged a 3rd party delivery company to mail my cell to me and I got it in my home country in 10 days. I really appreciate it very much.

We had a great stay here. So close to train station so walkable and convenient. So close to Sky tree and shopping centre made this stay very convenient. Could see tower from our room also which was a bonus. Clean room and comfortable beds.

Great staff, super friendly and helpful. I will stay here again on my next visit! The location is spot on!! Right next to Skytree, which has shopping and a plethora of food option and if you get bored of that, there's a Life supermarket on the other side of the street. The cherry on top is it's right next to Oshiage station!!

The hotel is just next door to the subway station exit. A popular sushi restaurant is in the same building. The sky tree is just across the street. It is near the station, however it is super quite. The buffet breakfast has many Japanese food and taste good. I suggest you try it.
