Clean and spacious room. Not very far and has bus stop in front of hotel. Staff not really speak English well. Please smile more and hardly see it. We use Booking Taxi to airport And hotel book it for us. Thang you. Breakfast need more breads. 6 days almost the same. Wish more. Fruits and good coffee. I really mean good coffee.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing for me. I was really looking forward to having some cranberry juice as it is stated on KKR’s Japanese homepage. I asked the restaurant staff, apparently they do not offer cranberry juice. Water did not taste good & had an odor. Either needs better filtration system or there was some soap residue left on the cup. Western food was not that great. Bran cereal & coffee was good though. I’d stick with the Japanese food. However, the white rice was not very good.

New carpet needed in hotel rooms. Would be nice if hotel provided facial cleanser & lotion. Hotel provides: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, bath towel & face towel and pj’s to use during your stay. In addition, slippers, toothbrush & toothpaste, razor w/shaving cream, shower cap, wash cloth, to use & take home afterwards.

Rooms are small. Not much room to open up my carryon suitcase. Bathroom small. Great for 1-2 night stays but nothing longer. Parking on site with additional overnight parking fee. Park after 3pm and leave parking lot before 11am. Public transportation: Bus stop across the street from the hotel. Many taxis drive on the road in front of the hotel. American fast food chain across the street. Convenience store across the side street of the hotel. Great for picking up a quick bite to eat. Did not dine at the restaurants in the hotel.

Initially I thought the location was somewhat "remote" from the Hakata Station area. By the second day I found it incredibly easy to get around not only Fukuoka but south to Dazaifu and beyond. This hotel is in walking distance the Nanakuma Line subway and the Nishitetsu Train Station and several stops of the BTR Loop Bus as are Canal City and the Nakasu District. Staff were very friendly and cheerful and I enjoyed my 8-day stay.

It was the only hotel that was near where we had to be. It was once very nice, intended for government employees but it has aged. The cleanliness was the biggest disappointment. The bed smelled as well as the bathroom. If it weren't for the spray deodorizer that was provided in the room, we would have asked for another room. The front desk staff and housekeeping were very accommodating but could not completely overcome the lack of cleanliness due to age.

Not at Central location and there is a car park on site with a fee of Yen 1,000. Japanese breakfast is quite good but till 9.30AM. Quite a number of restaurant close by the hotel. Also there is a sub-way station in case you do not have a car. This hotel is considered as good value for money.
