Absolutely fantastic properly. Looks like it was recently remodeled. Everything from the staff to the property itself was top notch. Rooms were large and extremely comfortable. I am not used to a Holiday Inn being this good.

The room was ver nice

room is bigger than the Holiday Inn Namba Osaka. it also offers Japanese public bath which is enjoyable.

Nice breakfast that offers a variety of Japanese and western food. Impressively spacious, quiet, clean rooms. 7 min walk to subway station. Highly recommend to American and European tourists. It's hard to find such spacious hotel rooms in Japan.

The hotel incl rooms are very clean and the staff is super friendly and goes beyond their line of duty to assist you. I truly recommend this hotel.

This is so far THE BEST hotel stay for me of all my visits to Japan for more than 5 times! The room is incredibly spacious and extremely clean. Each bed has TWO LARGE pillows, not the lousy tiny pillows you see at other hotels, one SOFT and one FIRM pillow. There is an an exercise room on the 3rd floor, as where you can get ice and microwave your food, as well as a vending machine. I have to admit there is only ONE microwave for the entire hotel, but really, why would you want to eat microwave food when visiting Japan? There is an ice cold/filtered water dispenser on every floor! I didn't try the public bath on the 13th floor, because I don't like public baths :-) And I didn't try the restaurant food on the 2nd floor. The lobby is small compared to most major hotels like the Hilton, etc., but it is so relaxing with nice music and a barista is there to take your coffee order(s), a bit pricey, though. The staff is AMAZING nice and friendly supportive. I definitely come back again! If you want to have the best experience of staying in Kyoto, stay at this hotel -- excellent rooms and affordable!

all the staff have been very friendly and helpful. When we arrived at the hotel before noon, it happened that one of room was available, the staff was so kind to let us in without extra charge. This saved us time and let us take some early rest. We really appreciate this favor. The property is close to a subway station, and a few bus stops. So it is very convenient to reach attractions. We would definitely revisit Kyoto and our first choice would be this hotel.
