Nice small hotel, friendly staff that also spoke english. Centrally located to many tourist areas and metro stations. Wish hotel had common atrium area for sitting.

Location is excellent, we wanted to stay close to Shinjuku Station to go early to mt Fuji our second day of the trip and this hotel serve that purpose, we switched to a different area that allows more spacious accommodation for the second part of our stay in Tokyo. The size of the room is small but that’s expected for a room of this price in the middle of Shinjuku.

Staff were lovely and very helpful, room was really nice. Was very much in the main square and walkable, as in heart of Shinjuku. Overall great hotel.

The hotel was in a great location just a short walk to all the "action" and to the metro lines. It was in a quiet area across from a playground. When we arrived we were welcomed warmly by the staff and given a voucher for a free drink at the bar which was very nice. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. I would recommend this hotel - it was good value.

The hotel is in a very lively area and close to many others. The hotel was my favourite during our stay in Japan, full of character, clean and good facilities. My only downside is that the breakfast felt limited but there was always plenty. The staff were really helpful and helped us with everything from luggage forwarding, fixing our safe and collecting forgetten items.

My partner and I spent five days here and it was pretty convenient for us. Close to restaurants, train stations and bus stops. Room are quite small but if you’re doing a lot of exploring it is perfect. The breakfast was pretty simple but nice. The staff are lovely and bonus that they do luggage forwarding for you. Rooms are cleaned every second day.

The hotel is located walking distance from many train stations which makes transportation easier. The room is clean, spacious and amenities are well provided. Breakfast is inclusive and has both western and local dishes. Two vouchers for free drinks at the bar upon check in was a bonus. We are a couple so I asked for second key card and the front desk was a bit reluctant in providing one. I thought it should have been a norm.

This was our first time visiting Japan, and we highly recommend this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and were always available if we needed anything. The hotels location is perfect and convenient to whatever you might want or need in your day. We absolutely loved our stay!

Second time staying here. We would stay here again if we ever came back and stayed in Shinjuku again. There’s a laundry machine in the hotel and we were able to wash and dry our clothes for less than what our other hotel’s laundry service was charging for just one shirt to be washed.
