The location of the hotel is just next to the train station. Very convenient with a Family Mart connected to the hotel. We got the big 50m2 room with the washing machine and a kitchen and it was very spacious and nice. The hot onsen was nice too!

Bad experience for checking in almost 1 hour to wait, because of hotel lost or confuse my booking information and no good management or good solution for customer then convince me to book new rooms with them instead with more expensive price.

Very good value, good location, right next to Hakodate Station. There is an onsen to soak as well. The toiletries are very good, the smell is good, the hair is soft.
