Check-in was easy. Reception staff were helpful throughout our stay. On the first night, we called for help with the bathtub and a male receptionist assisted us with clear instructions and guidance. He was polite and very helpful.
We sent our luggage via Yamato Ta-Q-Bin before arriving and the hotel kept it for two days before our check-in, which was very convenient.
Location is great; less than 7 mins walk to Nippombashi Station (Exit 8), under 5 min to Kuromon Ichiba Market, 7-Eleven and a coin laundry. Namba is about 10-15 mins walk or one station away. Umbrellas are available (subject to availability).
Room was clean. Very convenient stay overall.

Staff very friendly! Actually, the owner served us well, because this is a guest house, and the vibes are like home/house. They are also included in luggage transfer services between cities, it's so convenient for travelling. At my last day of stay, I stored my luggage at the hotel lobby before going to the airport, it's easier than to rent a storage at the station. The location is also prime, very close to the station entrance & Dotonbori!
