Extremely large room with separate WC and shower. Four twin beds provided in the room (though bedding provided is based on occupancy), so ample space for the family. It even has a dining table and kitchenette.
Kids were entertained in the common area with Nintendo consoles and free-flow beverages.
Free parking provided in the compound.
The location is convenient—a few hundred meters to a Don Quijote (for late-night shopping) and a short 15-minute drive to the Hells of Beppu.
Overall, very good value and highly recommended for families with young children.

This hotel was awesome. it was strategically located near city center and station Beppu. the room was large enough for 4 adults. the staffs were friendly and helpful. there was a public onsen within the hotel and a coin laundry was really useful
