I love the hospitality of the staff. The staff is very nice. Please pass my thank you to the man who was on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, night shift. He helped my husband with the key, and also when I wanted to go to Kamakura and it was raining, he insisted on offering me an umbrella and a towel. So great hospitality. The location is also great, 15 min walk to Tokyo station, and the next building has Lawson, 711, and Family Mart. Also, Yoshinoya is there, so I can have breakfast there. The room is very spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Would definitely come back again!

This is our first hotel visiting Tokyo and it didn't disappoint. Although very small, it is very clean and very well-maintained. Sufficient amenities, microwave oven, and laundry available. Seven Eleven on the 1st floor helped a lot. Location quite strategic, close to restaurants and shops in Ueno.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and speaks perfect English. The room is not too big, but the ambiance is warm, and everything is clean! The location is super close to the station and shopping street. I would stay here again.

Nice apartment, I stayed 4 nights with my family (4 people). The place is clean, all you need for cooking is right there. Near the Kasai Station, 5 minutes walking to bus and train. I really like the location of this hotel since it's pretty central in the heart of Tokyo but not too crowded nor too touristy. Plenty of food options nearby and Tsukiji market is just 1 stop away or you could just walk there in 20 minutes. It's very near to Ginza and Tokyo station so it's a good stay if you need access to Shinkansen. I think the room is quite spacious for Tokyo standard, we stayed in a 3 bedroom and still managed to fit 3 large and 2 cabin size suitcases. There are laundry facilities and microwaves on some floors which are definitely helpful.
