Very comfortable and clean high-end business hotel. Steps from Tokyo station and Tokyo’s main business district, it’s convenient to everything and very professional. Polished and responsive service. Perfect for a short Tokyo stay of any kind, though I’d want something with more local character if I was traveling for pleasure.

The location is unbeatable—just steps from Tokyo Station, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being in a busy area with the massive train tracks, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a restful night’s sleep.
What truly stood out was the hospitality. Every team member was courteous and professional, making me feel genuinely welcomed. I highly recommend Marunouchi Hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo and will definitely stay here again!
Oh ya lastly I was really impressed by the lightning-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for work!!

A super hotel that's just across from the Tokyo Station, so you don't need to go far to take the train. Also close to restaurants and small shops. They recently upgraded their hotel rooms and the showers are new, the toilets are high tech, the rooms are very clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff does a great job at cleaning the rooms and they don't pressure us to leave the room when they come. Will definitely come again when we come back to Tokyo.

Checkin staff adequate but not friendly. By mistake we booked 1 room for 1 person not 2 people. We own the mistake however we couldn’t believe they calculated and charged for a 2nd person another $108. Then to add insult, we got a letter slipped under the door saying they made a mistake in calculation and we owed another 200 yen. Seriously the paper, envelope & time would have been worth more than 200 yen. We looked up on hotels.com which is how we booked and each night we looked at the room price was the same with 1 or 2 people so why the extra charge. What a rip off.
We come to Japan every year and love the location but will never stay in this hotel again nor advise others to. They were not going to compromise at all not to mention the 200 yen. It’s not like they could charge a random person to stay in the room and it was set up for 2 people. Not a great start to our Japan holiday. Very disappointed. This is our 6th trip to Japan and I am pleased to say we have never been treated like this anywhere else in Japan.

Arrival exhausted from 19 hr flight. Woke at 2 am starving and husband (diabetic) was assisted to local 7-11 for snacks by lovely concierge gentleman. 10 star service!!!
