Good experiences on multiple visits here. Breakfast is decent, and there are good dining options and a 7-11 within walking distnace. It can be a little tough to get to the Niseko United slopes (shuttle can be unreliable), but I'm visiting to ski tour; so that doesn't really matter for my purposes.

Ski slope shuttles came every 15min and were great. Breakfast was good. Rooms were well designed for storage and very clean. Huge bonus was heated radiator in room for drying wet ski equipment. Ski equipment storage room for skis and boots was very warm and convenient on ground floor next to bus pickup.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had one of the rooms with 2 twin beds. It was a tight fit, but it got the job done. The staff picked us up when we got to the welcome center in hirafu promptly at the exact time we told the staff we would be there. The staff was extremely welcoming and assisted us with all needs. There was a shuttle bus that picked us up/dropped us off right in front of the hotel for the skiers/snowboarders. There is also a bus stop conveniently located right across the street to get to various places outside of the ski bus route. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of variety to choose from. I also liked that there was a gym on-site with plenty of equipment to use. I would highly recommend staying here!

Midtown Niseko was a great base for skiing in the Niseko area. We stayed four nights in the hotel, so had a good chance to see it in action. The facility was clean, well maintained and staff were very polite and helpful in all of our interactions. The hotel is a stop on the free shuttle bus between Grand Hirafu and Hanazono, which was incredibly convenient. The rooms, while small, were efficiently laid out and with space-maximizing storage closets. The beds were hard as bricks, but I travel with an air mattress, so was able to mitigate this somewhat. The breakfast buffet was varied and provided a lot of food options. All round a hearty endorsement of the Midtown Niseko Hotel.

Midtown Niseko is a great place to stay for a great price. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and well taken care of, and the amenities were great. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the transportation to and from the ski area was seamless and user friendly. The staff was helpful with getting us a ride to the location where we picked up our rental gear, and they provide a drop off location for the gear when you are ready to return. It’s also helpful that this is a stop for the ski bus to and from Sapporo. Thanks a bunch for a great stay!
