We loved the location and the setting of this Mimaru.
This Mimaru has a free drink station and lobby area with tables and mats. They also had a hair straightener/curler available for rent.
The rooms had ample space and was a great set up.
It was close to shops and the station as well as lots of eateries. Right in Namba and a 5 minute walk to Dotonbori.

Our family of four really liked this hotel. The room was a great size for our family. We love that we each get our own bed, 2 individual beds and a bunk bed to fit 2 people. On the second floor- they have a small gym, a water and ice dispenser, a public washroom, a laundry room that has numerous washers (100 yen per wash) and, numerous dryers ( 100 yen for 20 mins). The hotel is located within great walking distances to markets and convenient stores.

this is right in the middle of the action for Namba, and a great place if you want to be able to enjoy the safe and walkable side of the late-night dining and shopping action in the area. A bit of a long walk from the Namba JR station, but very close to the Namba square. Dining options are vitually unlimited from the front door, and more anime/cosplay shopping stores than you can shake a stick at. Very friendly/helpful staff and great overall acommodations with the dual bunk bed a plus for small kids.

We literally stayed in the same hotel while travelling to Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. We love them all. We brought our two adult children. The room is spacious to fit four people. My only issue is not having space for suitcases. Clean

Location was great and the area was buzzing with activity. Two lawsons 1-3 mins walk from the hotel. What is best was the service. Our son hurt his knee and the hotel staff went out of the way to look for a clinic for us, book a taxi to the clinic, and did follow ups after that, even leaving a note when they didn’t see us that evening. My son also badly wanted a transparent umbrella (small sized, perfect for a kid) and I asked where I can purchase it from. As soon as I returned to my room, the doorbell rang and the staff brought a kid umbrella to gift it to me. 10/10 for service really. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant one! I’d be looking out for Mimaru the next time we visit Japan.

The front staff, especially Jake and Josh are very welcoming and helpful. The room is large however there was a strong pee smell coming from the bottom bunk bed. It was cleaned the following day, but had

As a family of four with two boys under 8, this was the perfect hotel. The theme was board games, and the boys had so much fun.
The room was nice, with bunk beds for the kids and super comfortable futons.
But the most enjoyable part was the staff. They were so helpful from the time we checked in to the time we left in a taxi. They took the time to research the best Beyblade shops, an amazing breakfast cafe, and even tips on how to best experience Universal Studios. We felt cared for above expectation.
I highly recommend it for families travelling to Osaka.

Amazing hotel in easy walking distance to so many shopping and transportation areas. The staff was very helpful, and our 2-bedroom had its own laundry machine. Definitely try the hotel games, especially the hidden room!

So amazing! Totally fun and immersive stay. The rooms were great and all the games were very entertaining. The coin hunt, secret room, vending machine riddles was unique experience. The staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. Very friendly and welcoming.

Close to the train station and was close to Kuromon market and shopping areas. Staff was nice. I’m bad with names but there was an American guy there with glasses that checked us in and out and he was great! Rooms are spacious and they have a coin laundry room. Would definitely stay here again.

Both reception & concierge were friendly & helpful & all spoke fluent english. We stayed in the family room, it was a good size & modern & clean & the beds were very comfortable. The room was well-designed & thoughtful & incl a kitchenette & humidifier & purifier. I left an electronic item at a cafe in tennoji, Annie was exceptionally helpful & she took extra effort in finding the item. She even wrote me a note in japanese to give to the cafe staff. I would definitely recommend Mimaru to my family & friends.

Great for families, very nice size and clean room. About 7mins walk to the nearest Nippombashi station. Very near to Kuromon market and den den town so lots of gachapon and claw machine shops.
