The apartment was perfect size for a family of 4 with two teens. Really well equipped as it had everything we needed for a few day stay including washing machine.
It was great location in Asakusa with only 10min walk to Senso ji Shrine. It was between two different metro lines meaning a walk to either station (10-15min).
The apparent was designed to maximise the use of limited space and so it felt it had everything we needed without feeling crammed.
Very quiet! Not right if you are expecting to party or easy access to bars but perfect for families.
Conbini just round the corner.
We would not hesitate to use it again.

Tatami room was a nice touch. Wonderful location for walking to local sites, shops, and restaurants. Adorable part of town.

Very welcoming place. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and polite. When I needed the luggage transfer service they arranged for that for me and helped me fill out the form as well. Very very clean rooms and they supply you with everything to keep your stay clean as well. From laundry detergent to a vacuum cleaner as room service is not offered. However everything was supplied to you right at the front desk ! Very clean ! I think I said that already but that was the best as well as our view of the sky tree from our room was incredible!

Great location for us. Quiet and with an added bonus of a skytree view. We were a family of 4 in this small room which felt tight but they had great amenities. Nice thoughtful touches such as hangers for washing clothes and laundry detergent. It wasn’t the most comfortable bed and the pillow seemed smaller than my head. But for the price and location I was overall delighted.

Walking distance to multiple train lines, supermarkets and restaurants, we enjoyed our stay at Minn Kappabashi. Contactless checkin was a new experience, but went off without a hitch. Good sized space for a family of four. The only concern was how to get rid of rubbish during our 5 day stay with no cleaning service for stays of less than 6 days.

Perfect for our family of four with two adult teenagers. Comfortable and spacious we had a two bedroom room. Seven eleven was around the corner which we used for breakfast and the temple was a 12 min walk. Tidy. Clean and comfortable. Would stay again anytime.

Arrived early and requested to leave our bags until check in time but all bag storage was used. The virtual receptionist said they could help and hung up from us. We were finally able to get someone to help us by storing our bags in a storage room. But was difficult to find someone to help. This appears to have been mentioned by other quests but nothing had changed. Aldo found the room very dusty especially with the air conditioning on. When we checked the air conditioning it was full of dust and it looked like it had never been cleaned. After we cleaned the filters and the room ourselves it improved a lot. Don’t recommend staying here.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Only drawbacks was the distance from the main subway station of Ueno. Around a 20 minutes walk which isn’t bad but when you have luggages, backpacks, and kids, it becomes more like 30 minutes.

The room is clean, organized, and has a kitchen. It feels much more like an apartment than a hotel. Also, the location is very good. It's right next to a residential area near Senso-Ji. It's a much better deal than a hotel hands down.

Need better instruction in recycling rubbish segregation. Otherwise nice place to stay very quiet and close to amenities.
