Hotel Review: A Comfortable and Convenient Stay in Tokyo We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. The rooms were extremely clean and thoughtfully designed—modern, functional, and well-equipped, even if on the more compact side (which is typical for Tokyo). Despite the size, everything was laid out in a way that made our stay comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent, with multiple subway stations within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. At the same time, the area was peaceful at night, which allowed us to wind down and get a restful sleep after full days of sightseeing. Customer service was outstanding—staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. We also took advantage of the hotel’s cost-effective luggage shipping service, which was a huge help as we traveled to our next destination. The daily breakfast was another highlight, offering a variety of tasty options to start the day. We also appreciated the small touches: pyjamas, slippers, and a selection of complimentary amenities like brushes and Q-tips added to the comfort of our stay. All in all, this hotel struck the perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and value. We would happily stay here again.

Great property in a quieter part of Shinjuku. Train station right outside of hotel to Shibuya and beyond. Great staff. One negative- terrible pillows- and that’s really the only issue I had.

The hotel is well situated. It is near 2 metro stops and walkable to the Meiji Shrine. The room was large enough, with good toilette facilities. The food is excellent. And the staff are most friendly and helpful.

Great spot with easy access to the train

My stay was amazing. This was our first stop in Japan. Absolutely beautiful hotel and balcony view. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel looks great on the out side, the lobby is purely done, uncomfortable chairs and not inviting, coffee shop opens only at 7:00 am, a bit late for us , rooms are great and comfortable, tv service and streaming is hardly working, when I called the lobby they said they tried to fix it with no luck claiming the usage is high , location is out of the way , so to get to a restaurant or shopping you have to take a taxi, I recommend the Ginza area for stay, if you like restaurants and action!

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff. Room was tiny but clean. Breakfast was convenient with good options. Would probably choose a different location next time.

Super pretty, staff was nice and helpful. Actually nice to have a balcony to get fresh air. Not necessarily near anything but the stadium and maybe a 9-10 min walk to Starbucks. There’s stations near by. Didn’t get to try the restaurant but we did have coffee and a pastry. Was delicious! Laundry service was pricy

Loved the location of this hotel in Nayoya station. The convenience store and Starbucks just several meters from the hotel lobby are an added plus.

An Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Shinjuku. I recently stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel in Tokyo, and I can confidently say it was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient—nestled in the vibrant Shinjuku neighborhood, just a short walk from a subway station, the bustling shopping area, and the beautiful Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. Whether you’re looking to explore, shop, or just relax in nature, everything is within easy reach. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped. One of the highlights was the onsen (Japanese hot spring) on site, which was such a peaceful and rejuvenating experience after long days of exploring Tokyo. The bakery on site deserves a special mention—the pastries were fresh, delicious, and perfect for a midday treat. We also enjoyed breakfast at the hotel every morning, and it was hands down the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had: a wide variety of options, beautifully presented, and consistently high quality. The staff was warm, professional, and always helpful. Thank you for making our stay so memorable—your hospitality truly made a difference. Ecerything was fantastic. Best beeakfastbwe had in 2 weeks in Japan The only issue is the rooms are just too small and the beds are not prioer doubles. You have no room for luggage and thay has ti be kept on balacony ... Apart from that all excellent

Friendly staff, clean hotel rooms

The hotel was very good overall. There is not much in the immediate area but there is a train stop only minutes away. The restaurant had some tasty food at very high prices. Our room was very nice and had a good urban view, but was small.

Great stay, no complaints. The balcony view was beautiful.
