Prior to booking, I read many reviews saying this is in a quieter district without many places open. But since Otemachi station is so close by and you can easily head to Shibuya/Shinjuku or down to Ginza, it wasn’t a problem. Also it’s a short walk from Kanda station where there are more restaurants there. The hotel itself was very clean and their pro save the planet and trying to reduce the use of plastics. As with most hotels in Japan, they offered amenities at the counter for whatever the room didn’t have. The staff was extremely friendly and always tried to help in any way they could. Most spoke enough English to help you check in, and when they couldn’t understand some words, you could always show them a picture or use a translation app. Overall I was very happy with my stay at this location and would definitely come back again.

The room was very spacious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Close to the station. Very clean inside and out and we couldn't have had a better time. Thank you so much. Would recommend this hotel.

Staff were very helpful and spoke english. 15 min walk to Tokyo Station. 15 min walk to Akihabara. It is positioned next to a freeway, but couldnt hear a single aound in our room.

The hotel was satisfactory. The main issue was that I was on a floor with a smoking area and the room smelled like stale smoke. The breakfast was mediocre compared to other places I stayed in Tokyo for the same price.

The rooms were a little too small. The towels were small and by default they would only leave two towels and we needed at least three, so we had to ask for more. Overall the experience was pleasant though. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the windows had noise canceling glass. The staff spoke limited English that was a little surprising but with google translate we were able to communicate.

The rooms were ample and location was excellent. Access to the metro system was within a few short minutes walk. 7/11 right around the corner. The staff was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were so helpful and welcoming - getting us a taxi on a rainy day and booking one to the airport for us. The room was very comfortable with a Bluetooth Bose speaker which we loved having and it was so quiet. You can book a massage in your room- which we did not end up doing. The breakfast was excellent. It’s the perfect place to stay as a hub to visit all neighborhoods with easy access to the metro and Tokyo Station and taxis as well as walking distance from the Imperial Palace and Akihabara, Ginza, and Nihonbashi neighborhoods. It is in a business district so we would recommend planning for nightlife and dinners in other neighborhoods.

Perfect location in a quiet side of Tokyo, restaurants and few bars around. Not far at all from subway and train stations and even Tokyo station. Comfy room, with everything you need. They even offer daily tea and snacks for guests.

Staff is excellent. We came in wet since it was raining & staff provided us hand towels to dry off immediately. Able to borrow umbrella for our day trips around town. Short walk to two train stations: Ōtemachi & Kanda. A little longer walk to Imperial Palace East Gardens. Dining is only available for breakfast; wish it is open more hours since food is also excellent. Hotel is perfect if you want a quiet place to stay in for the night. Even more, with the soundproofing, you don’t hear the construction or traffic outside. Since it is in the business district, several food places are closed on Sat/Sun unless you go to Kanda Station. On Sunday, we were looking for dinner places at 6 pm within 0.3 miles but most are izakayas or costs are upwards of 10000 yen. Overall, I would stay here again & highly recommend this place.
