The hotel room was clean but outdated. The items inside the room were good. It would be great if there were also English breakfast tea bags as well. The sheets looked clean and crisp. I wish there were more English language channels on TV.
Not sure why during checkin the hotel got a copy of our passports? Never had that anywhere else that I had stayed before.

The location was very convenient. It's right at Tennoji Station where you can easily access the subway, JR and Kintetsu lines. The pay gate of the subway was just outside the hotel exit at the basement level.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that anyone could easily come up to your floor by taking the elevator without going through the hotel lobby.
