Very close to Kyoto station, just walk about 5 minutes. Also close to Lawson, Yoshinoya, & Sevel. The hotel staff is very friendly. Easy self check-in & checkout. Spacious room, 2 single beds. Free drinking water dispenser is available, so no need to bother buying water outside. You can request to clean the room & change towels. Recommended to stay here if you go to Kyoto. Thank you to all the hotel staff, you are the best.

The services are excellent. We kept the luggage at hotel and 2 days after, check in again and find out our luggage had been sent to our room, all of us are satisfied with the hotel services

The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. For a hotel near a major train station it was very quiet in our room. Check in and Check out is a breeze. So close to the kyoto station! Very close to kintetsu and aeon malls which gives you a ton of coffee shops, shopping, dining options, convenience store. There are restaurants at the ground floor of this hotel. The only thing is there is no available coin laundry inside the hotel but there is one nearby. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Kyoto! Thank you for the hospitality!

Very near Kyoto Station, the hotel is very convenient to local transportation. The room was large by Japanese standards, and very comfortable, with all the amenities one would expect. The staff was competent and friendly.

Hotel was Amazing , clean no bedbugs and really close to the station as a central location in Kyoto it was brilliant. Hotel staff were friendly the included breakfast at the Buffet was extremely enjoyable lots of choice. Really enjoyed my stay . My only bug bear was i ate Dinner one time in the restaurant and for what i got i could have got the same thing and quality cheaper at Kyoto station porta Dining. Still the food was nice.
