Great first experience at Mt Inn. Definately the goto spot for anyone into Drifting or Extreme Sports! Just a nice hotel experience in general, were definitely coming back next trip!

温泉が24時間はいれて、最高のお湯でした！地元の方もわざわざ泊まりで温泉に入るためにこられてました！お部屋も清潔で、正直このお値段で！と、感動しました。お宿の方もとても気さくで本当によかったとおもいます！

エクスペディアさんで予約しましたが、実は車椅子使用の障害者も一人いました。スタッフの方に伝えたのは到着時でした。ですが、すぐに車椅子でも出入りがしやすい部屋へと変更しスタンバイしてくれました。対応も丁寧で、和やかな雰囲気も好印象。あまり利用したことのないタイプのホテルでしたが、大満足です。ありがとうございました。

改装中だと思いますが裏の駐車場からフロントに行くまで壁の塗装中で床にペンキが着いていて踏んでしまった。後、裏の駐車場からフロントに行くまでに一度靴を脱がないとフロントに行かれないのが難点両手に荷物を持ち尚且つ靴まで持たないと行けないのはNGだと思う… 靴を脱がないでフロント迄開ける様にしたら良いと思います。

宿というよりもホテルズコムに問題かも。予約と違う部屋のキーを渡されるやはりおかしいと思いフロントへ連絡。予約時のタイプの部屋がないとのこと。そのままの部屋で宿泊。ホテルズコムとの連携がダメなのだと思うしかし宿のテーマは面白いもう少し洗練されればなおいいかよね

旅行で福島を訪れていて、福島市内のホテルに宿泊しようと思っていましたが、マウントインがほとんど料金が変わらず、源泉掛け流しの温泉に入れるとのことで岳温泉まで足を伸ばしました。一人では十二分に広々とした客室、源泉掛け流しの大浴場と大満足です。
