民宿地點鄰近中洲川和天神步行約10分鐘內便能到達非常方便。有兩點要值得留意，民宿出入依靠電子門鎖但電芯蓋未能完全閉合，令我擔心電芯鬆脫，我發揮了小創意用兩張膠紙維修好了！另外，入住前一天已詢問訊息索取門鎖密碼，回覆訊息說住宿當日2pm會收到訊息，結果我到達後要主動再次詢問才收到門鎖密碼，令我在門外呆等了15分鐘，如果想入住的朋友請留意這一點，除了以上兩點整體上是一次愉快的旅程！

The property looked fine online and I cannot accurately ratee never stayed here because we couldn’t access the property. It is by NO MEANS a hotel and should not be listed as such. If you want to wait in a dark alley for a code to get into a private residence, then this is the place for you. We requested the access code and they did not respond for an hour and a half. After a long day of travel and waiting in a cold dark alley with no response, we ended up booking another hotel. In spite of us not staying there they charged us for the entire stay.

息子夫婦と4歳の孫との旅行で利用させて頂きました。
部屋も広く、ゆっくりくつろぐ事ができました。
飲食も買い物(24時間営業)も近くで済み、立地環境が良いと感じました。
部屋も綺麗に清掃されていて良かったのですが、もう少しリビングの照明が明るくてもいいと思いました。(調光できたか確認しないでしまいましたが)
お子様連れにはおすすめの宿です。

숙소 정말 마음에 듭니다!! 걸어서 캐널시티 7분, 하카타 15분, 텐진 미나미 15분!! 주요 지역 걸어다니기 편해요.
단독 주택으로 일층은 거실, 주방, 화장실, 욕실 나누어져 있고 생활 기본적인 물품들 있어요. 우리나라 민박이라고 생각하시면 됩니다!! 이층은 침실로 미닫이 문으로 방 두개로 나눌 수 있어요~
젤 중요한 체크인은 옛날 후기와 다르게 바로 숙소로 가시면 되고 도어락 번호 하루 전날 알랴줍니다.
그리고 체크인 방법도 하루 전날 알랴주며 어렵지 않아요~
2박 정말 알차게 보내다 왔습니다. 가족 단위로 가시면 진짜 만족할 것 같아요~

全体的には満足できる宿泊でした。
家族5人での利用でしたが一軒家と言う事で回りに気を遣う事無く快適でした。
ただ、2月の宿泊でしたが1F部分は玄関からいきなりリビングなので暖房が効き難く寒い感じがしました。また、夜は玄関の外から中（リビング）が見えるので結構気になります。玄関とリビングの間に仕切りかロールスクリーンでもあれば良いと思います。

체크인을 따로 하는게 너무 불편했어요 체크인하고 따로 10분정도 걸어서 이동
숙소 자체의 위치는 나쁘지 않았지만 체크인 장소 따로인 것은 너무너무 불편했어요 미리 그정도로 먼줄 알았다면 택시타고 갔을듯해요 짐들고 넘 힘들었어요 ㅠㅠ 숙박은 독채라 넘 맘에 들었고 깨끗해서 넘 좋았으나 한겨울엔 넘 추울것 같아요 히터가 가장 높은 온도 설정해도 안따뜻해요 추워요 ㅠㅠ 그외에 것들은 완전 만족입니다 스텝들도 친절하고 시설도 좋고 ㅎㅎㅎ 담에는 저만 체크인 먼저하고 일행들은 숙소 주위에서 합류할거예요 ㅠㅠㅠ여하튼 대가족 아이들 있으신 분들은 만족할듯해요

事前に電話して設備などについて問い合わせした時は、対応したスタッフの何も知らない加減がイライラしましたが、実際に町屋に行ってみたら想像以上に清潔で設備も整い、お布団もふかふかで、とても居心地よく過ごすことが出来ました！
土曜日に利用したのですが、近所の飲み客が居酒屋さんと勘違いしてピンポンしてきたのでびっくりしたこともありましたが、カメラ付きインターホンで安心でした。
ぜひ、また仲良しと集まって利用したいと思います！
