Perfect place to stay in Akasaka. Hotel was absolutely lovely, one of my favourites in my entire Japan trip. I only stayed for a night but easily could’ve stayed for a week, the bathrooms were clean and the lobby nice. It was a good environment and situated in an amazing area close to shops, food and the station. 100% would recommend and will definitely stay here on my next Tokyo visit.

I expected a lot because I really enjoyed myself at the women’s only 9hr in Kanda, but this location was more cramped and less clean. The bathroom was always out of paper towels and the showers weren’t as clean (though they were not dirty, necessarily). Even the amenities like the hair dryers weren’t as nice. I wouldn’t personally stay here again, but it’s not a bad spot if you’re in a pinch.

Worst hotel stay of my life. The bed consisted of an extremely thin mattress on plywood. Plugs in the capsule did not work, the blind did not fully close so light came in and others were noisy in the sleeping area. The basement where you store belongings reeked of mould which stuck to your clothes, the showers were not cleaned nearly enough. Despite being extremely sleep deprived and jet lagged, I could not sleep here. There are numerous notices posted around the hotel about complaints from local residents of the area about hotel guest conduct (smoking, noise). I do not recommend whatsoever and suggest avoiding, even for a single night. I booked two weeks and did not return after one single depressing night.

Sometimes the showerw werent completely clean but usually they were always clean enough. The staff was always helpful. Main thing about this place is location and price. Prefect for walking to many of places, 5min walk to train station. Only bad thing is if you book multiple nights you have be out the pod by like 1030am everyday. So you cant sleep in late, they will hold your bags in an hold area if your staying more than 1 night... there are plenty of rest room and showers. I never had to wait on one.

Staff was rude, the bathrooms/locker room in the basement were extremely over crowded and didn't fit my friend's luggage - she had to store it with the front staff which was super inconvenient any time she needed anything. The toilets on the sleeping level didn't have soap, which is especially gross in a very crowded setting! The beds were not beds... More like a very thin camping style mat over hard plastic. Ditto with the pillows, very hard and uncomfortable. The pods made loud noises all night making it impossible to sleep - was either woken up by hissing/clicking noises (presumably the sleep monitoring equipment?), people walking around/climbing in and out of the pods which shook the entire structure, and there was no sound proofing. The door of the pod is just a thin roller blind that also makes a loud snapping noise whenever someone opens or closes it. Worst sleep ever. Swallowed the cost of our other prepaid nights and booked a proper hotel. You have no access to the hotel or your luggage if you left it there during the afternoon while they clean. Jet lagged and need a nap? Too bad. This is not a facility you have access to 24 hours. Would never ever recommend for international travellers. Only perhaps as a quick one night stop passing through with no luggage.
