The hotel is very nice, has a bar to sit and work, free tea and coffee. Super polite and friendly staff. Fully furnished rooms with both air conditioning and heating, washing machine, location near convenience stores such as 7 eleven, Family Mart and surrounding shopping areas, near the subway so travel is very convenient. I had a great experience and slept very well at the hotel. Highly recommend everyone to book

Really liked the vibe of the place, I was running late to check in and called in and they checked me in and waited very nice people. They did charge me 400 yen for tax I’m not sure if that’s normal or not

The bed was really comfortable. We had two single beds and we enjoyed it. We didn't try the food, but it smelled amazing in the morning. The staff was really helpful. We had a problem with the dryer and they fixed it right away. They called a place for us to see if we could stop by, called a taxi, cleaning was done everyday, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back without hesitation!

I picked this hotel because of its location to the main tourist attractions but it was still tucked away enough where there was no loud noises at night. One of the other reasons I liked the property was the bike rentals, via third party, we were able to use them one afternoon to go around the river bank that is only a 5 minute ride away.
