この界隈のホテルを歩いて見てみたが文句なくNo１．スタッフのホスピタリティはもちろんのこと、ロビーの綺麗さ・おみやげ屋さんの豊富な品揃え・バイキングの料理の多さ・美味しさ、露天風呂とタワー棟から市街の眺め、どれをとっても最高の体験が出来ました。ホテルはケチらないほうがいいなと実感した旅でした。

This hotel is up from the city in the hills. There is no place to walk to. The restaurant buffet was fabulous if you like Japanese food. Huge selection. The room was average. The soaking tub was outside with three pools. Most people come to dinner in their robes, ready for soaking. Would stay again, especially for the restaurant.

部屋は2人で泊まるには広くゆっくり出来ました。温泉も最高でした。食事面は、夕飯バイキングでしたが量的なものより質に不満、飲み放題を頼んだのですが、いちいちとカウンターまで取りに行くのが面倒でした。

朝夕ともビュフェでしたが、品数が多く子供はよろこんでいました。大人も満足できます。露天風呂は改装して間もないのか綺麗で、少し高台にホテルがあるので眺望もまずまずでした。コスパ的には十分満足です。

部屋は綺麗で清潔です。部屋からの景観もよく気持ちよく過ごせました。食事も充分満足できました。お風呂に向かうアプローチもいい雰囲気で、お風呂もとても良かった。まだ和室しか空いてなくて、布団に寝ることに慣れていなくて何度か目が覚めました。今度はベッドの部屋に泊まりたいです

大人3人小学生2人でお世話になりました。ビュッフェは品揃えも多く、朝夕共に大満足でした。お風呂は期待し過ぎてしまい少し想像と違いましたが、夜はドリンクやアイスキャンディーのサービスがあり、ありがたかったです。また機会があったらお世話になりたいです。

会津若松駅で送迎バスを予約していましたが電車の運休で会津若松駅まで行けず西若松駅止まりでした。西若松駅でバスも運休、タクシーも乗れず送迎バスをキャンセルし雪道を徒歩でホテル迄行きました。ホテルの方々が早朝５時に交通状況を把握していたのなら連絡してもらうか送迎バスを臨機応変に対応して頂けたら嬉しかったです。子供の誕生日祝いでご利用させてもらい道中何事も無く無事ホテル迄着いたので良かったです。ワンドリンクありがとうございました。

酒店翻新過，房間開揚舒服。酒店有提供接駁巴士到JR站。另外會津巴士附近也有站，尚算方便。早晚餐都是自己餐，正常。溫泉很舒服。預訂價錢不貴，CP值高。

お部屋はとても清潔感がありトイレもとても広く良かったです。ただ、以前お伺いした時に比べて食事（特にデザート）はグレードダウンした感じでした。
