This was a great authentic room for a one night stay - it was a little small for 4 adults but loved the charm! And it was a great location with easy access to transit and walking around

We stayed one night here. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to Dotonbori. The next day when we checked out, the hotel kindly held our bags while we explored the area. Overall a very comfortable stay. Would stay again.

Minor nitpick: 4 washing machines for the whole building is not sufficient.
There is however a laundromat nearby.
It would also be helpful if the hotel had luggage forwarding services. The nearest Family Mart only supported small packages and not luggages. You will have to go to the slightly further 7-11 for that instead.

We opted for the top floor room for 4 people. Was a great stay. Breakfast was the highlight for my teenage kids, better than anywhere we could have went in the city. Staff went above and beyond during room service, even folding the clothing mess my kids left. Highly recommend staying here.

We booked a family room for 4 people and it was very small. We needed to pack up 2 beds to walk in the room during the day. This would have been ok if the price reflected this size, however it was very expensive for the facilities. However the staff were nice and accommodating, so no complaints there.

There are only 4 washing machine for the whole building (about 100 guest room). Each machine takes about 2 hours for was and dry. Recommended to add more washing machine.
