OTR Park View Bentencho

The room is not too big but has enough space for my family (2 adults 2 young kids) to sleep. It is super clean and makes you feel like living in a Japanese home which is an awesome experience. 👍 Has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Strongly recommended for budget travellers.

Apartment was very conveniently located near the train station. Lots of food options available, laundromat was accessible if you need a dryer. Kids absolutely loved the decor.

So close to station, great food options. Close to washing facilities as there is no washing machine in room. Very easy to check in and out. Would stay at again.

Our daughter love dog themed room. Dog stuffed animal and wall. We love location. Couple minutes walk from Bentencho station. JR Bentencho easy access to USJ. Subway Bentncho easy access to Osaka castle. If you like Mega Donki is 14 minutes walk. Open till midnight. Mega Donki has food and Sanrio and another characters goods and everything you need

Given the remote check in, we weren’t expecting to see anyone, but he greeted us and helped us check in! The rooms were exceptionally nice, comfortable, and clean! Our two boys loved the rooms and stuffed animals. It was a great way to spend Christmas Eve with family. The beds are comfortable and linens were provided. So kawaii!!!

We had a short two night visit to Osaka planned with or two children. Everything was perfect - easy access at any time with coded door entry, the room was spotless and comfortable. Our kids LOVED all of the shiba decor and stuffed animals that they quickly snuggled up with. Perfect amount of space for us and comfortable beds and just the right amenities. Parking was very easily accessible across the street in a small pay lot, an easy 2-3 blocks walk to market and small restaurants. Despite there being a very busy expressway on/off ramp right around the corner, this location was very quiet. Streets were a little tricky to navigate but that wasn’t a difficulty.

Spacious room, strong A/C unit, mattress however was really non supportive. Close to train station, however getting to and from the accommodations and train station was difficult if you have any sort of large luggage. (in case anyone is coming here with full sized luggage)

Close to main station, restaurants and shopping malls

There is a very good food store nearby, we really enjoyed the sea food and fresh food. We stayed four nights, every thing is Ok, except we do not have clean towels. If the owner can offer one more set of towels to cover our staying such as four nights stay . Thank you

The location was great and super easy to get to the train station! That fact alone made He stay worth it. The beds were pretty tough though. I’m not good with sleeping on really firm mattresses.

I was impressed with the accommodation we got from OTR park view. I don't usually give reviews unless I really loved the service. In terms of OTR PVB service, I really like how the staff handled the transaction online. They provided us reading materials that we needed in order to understand how to access our room. Even if it is a self-service guest house, we didn't feel we were alone as the staff helped us several days before our check-in via email. Next is the guest house location, we loved that it is near the station. 7-minute walk from the guest house. The location is so quiet and peaceful. We had good sleep every after the tiring day. There is a vending machine of drinks in front of the guest house. The room we booked has terrace and quite big for 4 people. I like the fact that the room has a Japanese culture vibe. I really feel I was in Japan. The room is clean, the shower room and the rest room is in the separate room. I wish I had enough time to praise OTR PVB but I'll leave it here. It is for you to find out. I am telling you you'll have a great stay. Aside from the things I mentioned above, the price is surprisingly very affordable.

The address was challenging for everyone, from the taxi driver, delivery service, and nearby hotel staff.

Parents with 2 youths for 4-night stay during record-breaking highest temperature. Easy to find with clear instructions from Guest House. We found a route afterwards that took us just 5-minute walk from subway Chuo line through a nearby quiet modern mall to the Guest House, all covered route except the last 1 minute crossing a road, minimizing the inconvenience carrying heavy and big lugguage even in adverse hot/rainy weather. Quick follow up when we reported TV could not be turned on though no on-site staff. The Guest House has a team of support staff and a good communication system to help guests. The room is a bit small for 4 big persons and 4 suitcases but cleaniness and convenience offset this downside. Big bathroom with bathtub and a shower area that gives comfort bathing after a long day touring in the super hot weather. Quiet neighbourhood yet some restaurants and convenience store in the mall just the other side of the main road. Two mega 100-yen stores are 15-30 minutes walking distance that adds value to Guest House. Overall a very good price for value. A factor to consider add 10-15 minutes more transit time and transfer through Subways/JR as it's a few stations away from main stations Namba and Umeda/Osaka, but then good to those who don't like the hustle and bustle in front of your hotel. Will choose it again next time to Osaka.

It is a decent hotel with good ameneties. Although self check in, the instructions are clear. The room is very tidy and clean. The microwave, small fridge as well as the extra japanese style mattress and comforter were handy. A very good choice for the price.

Overall is good. Finding sharing washing machine is troublesome and occasionally smelt someone smoking even it is prohibited.
