It was a great place! They even gave us a free room upgrade which was very nice since we had a lot of luggage ! The room was amazing and loved how respectful they were. They know English but they don’t always understand exactly what you mean so I suggest using a translator to help them out better.

We had a great time at Pearl Hotel. Closed to the station as well as 7-11. Our first night in Japan, our first hotel was this hotel. Amazing time here.

The hotel is classic business hotel. We were two people the twin beds were so close together that only one person could pass through to walk between them. But that was the only small thing it was a tiny room, but beds were comfortable and clean. Air conditioned was nice and shower amenities in washroom and good to have fridge in room keep cold drinks. Rooms are quiet. We ate breakfast buffet which was very good western and Japanese food. The little things impress like crystal glasses for the juice and noritake porcelain coffee mugs. Without asking offered fork. Food was good price and perfect. Eggs and sausage cooked just right potato wedges perfectly cooked and seasoned. The meatballs and noodles so good and fresh fruit. The rice was perfectly cooked and tasty. Little English at front desk but eager to help.

The room had holes and smells cigarettes. I ask for another one but they didn't have any. Very disappointed, especially if you travel with kids. I handed up looking for another hotel.

Hotel is kind of old, and smells weird. Doors with old fashion keys and bathroom is small. Location is great with easy access to metro, convenient stores and Tokyo City Air Terminal (if you take Limousine Bus directly from airport. Daily housekeeping service was a plus considering lots of hotel in this price range don’t offer.

Great location near the kayabacho metro station. Close to konbini stores. All staff very friendly. A decent breakfast provided with fresh scrambled eggs. A good free selection of toiletries available in the lobby. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the rooms. The room is a decent sized compared to other Japanese accommodation I’ve stayed in. Only provides one pillow each and reception aren’t able to give anymore.

The hotel room size was pretty standard for a Japanese hotel. The room was very dusty and I kept sneezing inside; the moment I left the room I would stop sneezing. The walls are also really thin; you can hear people walking, talking, opening and closing doors, and moving things around. I had mixed experiences with the hotel staff. Some were friendly and helpful, and others were just straight up rude. You can ship your luggage there, but they don't have luggage delivery service. The receptionist said to find this service at a convenience store instead. Despite all this, the location is not bad. It's walkable distance to multiple subway entrances. There are multiple convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel also provides amenities and has a breakfast area in the lobby. However, the cons outweigh the pros for me, and I would not stay here again. I would only recommend if the cons do not bother you.
