The host was so kind and generous. We had arrived 1 day before our scheduled booking, by my mistake. The host offered to let us wait in the lobby for a taxi, and when he found that we could not get one as it was late at night, he offered to drive us to the nearest 7-eleven, in his personal vehicle, after hours. We were so grateful, and would highly recommend this hotel. We had a great experience. No cons whatsoever.

What a great place to stay! Room was comfortable and cozy. Heating worked well. There is plenty of free parking. I was concerned about the shared bathroom, but it was kept very clean. Shower water pressure was awesome. They provide free toiletries. Breakfast was great. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, literally every single one. There is laundry and dryer. I liked that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the resort lodging. Only about 1.2 miles from Annupuri. About 4.5 miles from Grand Hirafu. I rented a car, so it was convenient for me. Would highly recommend.

Such a cute place to stay. I stayed for a night coming back from Annupuri since it’s the closest resort to the hotel. Staff were so sweet to explain the facility in english. My room was super clean and so were the shared showers and washroom. All the amenities were there for use. They have snow equipment storage. Highly recommend for solo travellers! I would like to note that there are two floors and everytime someone runs on the top floor, you can hear their footsteps. So, if you’re super sensitive to noise or a light sleeper then you might have issues. However, they provide earplugs for use which block out the sounds. But at night, everyone is respectful and noise is kept to a minimum. I slept great. Breakfast was included for me, and it was the traditional japanese breakfast. Would stay again, if I’m ever back in Niseko! Arigato gozaimasu!!

The stars of this stay were definitely the staff. Hirohito-san and his colleagues really made us feel like we were staying with friends. They were always around to greet us and ask us how our day was. They were always open to giving advice and chatting. Waking up and eating breaking with a snow filled mountain as a backdrop is the perfect start to the day. I can't think of another place that offers this quality of breakfast with a few at this price point. (Maybe a hostel?) we screwed up our car rental booking and had to take the bus from the airport. The hotel was nice enough to pick us up late at night. The Annupuri slope is only 2 bus stops away, so it's pretty easy to catch the early lift. We'll definitely be back next year.

This place was amazing! Yes it helps the place is new opening in December 2018 but it had a cozy, home like atmosphere. Staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. In Japanese tradition, you take your shoes off at the entrance so i walked everywhere in my bare feet. We had a small japanese style room with futons and an elevated floor. The futon were about half the thickness of a regular mattress so they were very comfortable. The room was very tight but well appointed with desk and chair, fridge, safe, and mobile phone. Since the room was tight, we only slept in the room and wandered and sat in the common area walking around in our bare feet. There you could watch tv, surf internet, eat snacks from hotel store or have a drink from the free drink machine. Breakfast is a hot light lunch and prepared each morning by two ladies. You have to share a bathroom for each floor but they have 2 toilets/showers and 3 sinks for 7 rooms. Food choices and bus transportation has its limits. Bus stop is 100m from hotel but first bus doesnt arrive till 8:38 which means you won't get first ski lift nor be able to catch a bus to other ski areas out of Niseko area. View was an open field towards Niseko ski hill. Peace, coziness, cleanliness, friendliness, free mobile phone, and free soft drinks reign supreme here!!!!
