Stay for 3 nights, the property will contact for check in instructions prior to check in, not that difficult. Room is little different from the photo, we got a big dining table instead of a sofa, but is ok. Kitchen is good and function, missing chopping board lol. We found the washing machine wasn’t working and sent a message by email and got figure out that we need to switch on the water. There is a Times car park opposite to the property too, 1600yen for 24 hours. Overall is a cozy stay!

Our stay at Pinn N4E2 was quiet, clean, and very convenient. Conbinis nearby, easily walkable to the train stations, plenty of room to stretch out, and economical. Couldn’t ask for more.

Questions and clarification asked about automatic checkin process were not answered. When and if they responded, it was 2-3 days later after repeated chase. Links in emails about check in and rules do not work. Wrote in to tell them about the problem and request for the information to be sent directly in email and they didnt even response. Requested for a faster way of communication in whatever messaging app, and they rejected and said just use email. BUT THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAIL. So, of course i arrived on the checkin day with trepidation. If i cannot get through the automatic checkin process and the only way to reach them is by email, i have to wait 2-3 days for them to response, even if they do respond at all? Note that there is no staff, no instruction file, or number to call at the check in. Fortunately, it took me some time to figure out and manage to get through the check in The email shows that i booked through Temanairazu (either a person in charge or a company) Best not to book this unit. Helps and response to any query is almost non-existence. Good luck to you if you book and runs into problem or need fast response for help.

Check in was a bit troublesome. However, the overall stay was good. Very convenient, walking distance to shopping malls, Nijo market & Sapporo Beer Museum.

This property has a good location it is near to Sapporo station and the place is very new. Enjoy my stay there. As for improvement I would like to recommend the following. Have more hanger or a place to dry our cloth because the drying function on the washing machine is not good enough. Have more plastic bag to clear our rubbish. There is a spare plastic bag in the bin but if we stay for more days then it will not be enough. Can we have bigger pillow? The pillow currently are too small. An English instruction on how to use the heater. Overall I really enjoy the privacy and security of the place. Well done!!

The hotel is 8-9 minutes walk from the JR station. You can walk underground (to avoid the cold) and take the exit#23 and walk two blocks to the hotel. We use the same underground path to Odori and Susukino. The room is modern and shiny clean. The size is great. It comes with a washer and a dryer. We enjoyed staying here. It will be our first choice to stay here when we visit the town next.

The facility and location were wonderful -- easy access to the main attractions of Sapporo. Clean, spacious -- very pleased about that. It just came as quite a surprise to realize that the hotel is run by a computer! All sign in and out was by email, and was somewhat confusing and inconvenient uploading photos of passports, etc. I wish Hotels.com had made those facts clear before we booked, but we ended up extremely pleased with the stay.

Clean room with everything like being at home. Not far from train station and bus terminal. Room has more space than other hotel in city center. Even no hotel staff, the check in process was smooth. This is our second time stay. It was our great time in Sapporo.

The room looks clean but my husband developed serious allergies after sleeping on the bed, suggesting the linens may not be very clean as he is seriously allergic to dirt and dust. Otherwise location is great and room size is good for the family.

We really enjoyed our stay with this property. All check in by digital check in facilities by ourselves. All went smooth and great. The apartment is very comfortable and convenient and within walking distance to Sapporo Train Station.

I had a pleasant stay at this property. Nice interior and very clean. The location is quite near to Sapporo Station. Walking tour around Sapporo town is pretty much accessible from the property. The host is also very quick to reply to inquiries. All in all, my family & I enjoyed our time here. Just a suggestion, maybe you can add on amenities such as iron and hair dryer at your property.

Spacious and comfortable.

The location is very good and convenient. But the checking out time is very early and they don’t provide luggage keeping. You need to put your luggage in train station lockors if you have a late flight.

Property was decent sized. The checkin is a little bit annoying. There were other people staying there above our room and they had a party all through the night, there was a lot of noise.

Nice good sized apartment for a young family of 5-6 to stay together. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Walking distance to Sapporo Station. Would be good if apartment had a clothes dryer.

All excellent.. just wish there’s some flexibility to consider early check in / late check out. I was informed early check in is not possible because of the automated check in process i.e. set at 3pm.

Room is consider big for Japan hotel except that there is no reception at the hotel. Comfortable stay. Will consider staying this hotel if I were to come Sapporo again.

overall the place is clean and nice. walking distance to Sapporo JR station. The only discomfort is the check-in that is a bit tedious and stressful. Other than that, if you driving a car, the parking is 300yen per hour. Max charge is 2000 yen a day.
