Our very first time in Osaka, we selected this for its proximity to the Bentencho station on the Osaka loop. Nice business hotel, received our delivered luggage from Kansai Airport, fantastic room on the 14th floor that was very chic for our traveling family with a great view of Osaka, and the breakfast was a nice selection. Definitely would stay again when in Osaka!

I really loved staying here. The location of the hotel is close to the station, thus making it easy to travel. The room is quite big and comfortable. Staff members are really kind.

This is a good place to stay overnight but not very comfortable. The bed was hard and the bathroom was tiny. But the hotel is new and very clean. Breakfast was not great and it was very crowded. The food was sort of cafeteria style. This may be a design flaw of the hotel, being so large of a building with such a small breakfast area.

I couldn't believe my luck in booking this hotel and will definitely stay here again if I ever return to Osaka.
This hotel has a really good location - it is right next to a train station (Bentencho) that services the JR Airport line (so you can catch the train from the airport to Bentencho). You can see the hotel from station exit number 4. It also services the subway Chuo line and is just a few quick stops from Hommachi on the Midosuji line - central to all the action in Osaka. The hotel itself is on a street with quite a few Japanese eateries, and also just around the corner from a convenience store.
