This hotel is very good, they have complete amenities to enjoy as well as have a bathtub so you can relax after a full day exploring Japan. The location is very near Kyoto Station so you can easily go anywhere near this area by just going to the station. Definitely will be my option when going to Japan again

Overall a very wonderful experience staying here, very much worth the price! - Location is very strategic as it is close to the Kyoto Station, great when you want to travel to a lot of places using the train/bus (a lot of the bus lines start at the Kyoto Station) - Although the room is small, it is very well designed. Our suitcases could be neatly placed under the bed frame, making the room feel more spacious and comfortable. Our room had a table for 2 which was perfect for konbini dinners at the hotel. - The hotel serves excellent breakfast buffet, there wasn't a single thing served that wasn't good! - The hotel has a complimentary welcome drink every day starting from 14.00 until late. The lounge space has a beautiful view of the outdoor garden where we can sit as well. - Coin laundry and vending machine available on the 6th floor

I liked the hotel it's close to the train station property is clean staff is nice. Room was little bit funny for me you have a sink in the room I have never seen it before and my first reaction was where is shower because after I got in the room I saw door on the right and was only toilet but there is another door on the left for shower not used of this kind of layout. Breakfast is mostly Asian food but there is bread too.

Very convenient location for Kyoto station. We used the shinkansen ro arrive in Kyoto and used the buses and jr lines extensively in Kyoto. Took a bus to Nagoya, the pickup point a 3 minute walk, if that, from the hotel. Virtually around the corner from the hotel, facing Kyoto station. The free welcome drinks from 1400 -2000 is a great relaxer after a day on your feet. Hotel laundry 300 yen for either washing or drying..pretty good.

Had higher expectations for this considering it was a 4-star hotel. Very clean and minimalistic. Loved the free tea for happy hour. Staff were helpful and super kind. The lobby area was beautiful and so was the room. Only complaint was no matter how long I waited, my sink never got warm or hot water. It was in fact ice cold and I came in December! There was no water or amenities in the room, amenities were downstairs and there just wasn’t any water. Very small room, almost didn’t have enough space and I don’t require a lot. Overall, decent place, just expected more for the price and 4-star rating.

THERE IS NO LAUNDRY FACILITY IN THE HOTEL!!! The laundry service won’t open on Sunday! While in the website advertised there’s laundry facility. The coin-laundry shop 10 minutes away. We stay in different hotels during our trip with about the same standard and advertising there are laundry facility or laundry machine in the room. Who needs laundry like me on Sunday will be hard. What’s a bummer!!!
