Great location and very near Odori Park. But I think the highlight for me was the Breakfast Buffet. Probably one of the best breakfast buffets in Japan. I loved the eggs benedict with smoked salmon and the katsu burger. The best. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast super duper good, with sparkling wine, yogurt, western breakfast, and Japanese specialty food, superb Hokkaido rice. Fresh good quality fruit. Airport bus direct to the hotel, very easy. Best value hotel rate. Thank you Grand Mercure.
