It's a bit old, yes, but that's the only detriment. Bed was one of the softest I've slept on in Asia, the hotel is right around the corner from Kita 12-jo subway station (on the same line as Sapporo Station, Odori Park and Susukino) and the staff is helpful and friendly. My room was VERY reasonably priced and I had quite the comfy stay.

A little farther from town. But Better for parking the car. 1200 y for 24 hrs was the cheapest but only 7 spots. 20 min for 100y during day is the norm.

北海道大學旁,每天早晨看向北海道大學,確認天氣狀況,風景滿好的. 附近滿多商店,所以買吃得很方便.交通算OK,願意走路的話,從車站走過來也不會太久,房間乾淨且不小(單人房),該有的設備都有,大廳還提供咖啡(咖啡機),每天早上一杯咖啡是件美好的事. 唯一缺點是我的房內收不到wifi訊號(6F),所以徵求同意後,晚上休息時間會到1F/2F用一下wifi,上網不是旅行的重點,所以不是太在意.

スタッフとは最初の鍵の受け渡しくらいで、普通の対応。
ホテルには大浴場はなく、受付時に渡される入浴剤を入れて部屋で入る。
今回は2泊したのだが、アメニティを渡されるのは最初の一回だけだった。ので、2日目の夜のお風呂は入浴剤や耳かきなどは用意されてなかった。歯ブラシやコップも基本的に2日連続で使うスタンス。
個人的には許容範囲内なのだが、他の安いホテルでも一日毎に新しいのに取り替えたり洗浄があるので、そこらへんがちょっと違うというのをお伝えしておきます。
立地については、雪道で札幌駅から徒歩15分は大変だった。子供連れで冬に行かれるならタクシーやバスを利用するか、札幌駅に近い他のホテルをおすすめします。

北大の北部の方に仕事があったので、宿泊しました。典型的な日本のビジネスホテルですが、施設が少し古い印象が残りました。エアコンは、冷暖が切り替えられないタイプです。少し寒くなったこの時期ですが、9月中は冷房しかないため、夜が少し寒く感じました（上着でしのげるレベルですが）。サービス自体には問題ありません。

札幌駅からも近く、道を挟んで北海道大学キャンパスが見え、環境が良かったです。

札幌駅まで徒歩10分くらいで北大13条門が目の前なので
構内を北にも南にも行くのにはいいポジションだと思います。
リーズナブルな値段ですがサービスは十分でした。
ベッドの大きさも問題ないです。
ただ、バス・トイレに入るところに少々高めの段差があり、場合によっては多少の不自由を感じるかもしれないです（踏み台の貸し出しあり）。もともと学生向けの賃貸マンションだったのをホテル向けに改装したのではないかと思いました。
