別館に泊まらせて頂きました。エレベーターがなかったので三階までキャリーケースを運ぶのは少し大変でしたが、まあ行きと帰りの2回だけなので！でも年配の方だったら大変かな？とは思いました。部屋は清掃が行き届いておりとても清潔感がありました。ツインルームに泊まりましたが、丁度よい広さでした。あと小さなテーブルでも1つあれば良かったかなとは感じましたが、このお値段での宿泊なら十分くらいの総合評価です！駅からも近く、周辺には韓国料理店も多く不自由なく過ごせました。また次も機会があれば利用したいと思いました！

Very small property, closer to a hostel rather than a hotel. While clean, the hotel did not have many amenities. Wifi was not operational from my room, needed to go down stairs into the lobby/lounge. Pros: walking distance to shinjuku and shin-okubo train stations.

湯沸かしポットのスイッチが壊れていた。壁が激薄で、音がほぼ筒抜けです。鍵も防犯性ほぼゼロのタンブラー錠オンリーなので、女性御一人のご利用は避けた方が妥当。まあ、お値段なりと考えば妥当ですが、本当に「お値段なり」ですので、そこをご理解頂ける方のみご利用されるのが良いかと。
