We really enjoyed our stay. Shuzenji Onsen was fabulous and very relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the Onsen and my kids enjoyed wearing the yakuta and loungewear around the hotel. We borrowed some bikes for a few hours and they were in great condition.

館内の遊びスペースが広く、小さいお子さんは喜んでいるようでした。私達は、もう成人した息子達との旅行でしたが、卓球やコミックスペース、ちょっとしたサービス（ドリンクやアイス）夜のラーメン、そして何より種類のある貸切風呂（予約無し）に入る事が出来、大人家族も楽しむ事が出来ました！夜のブッフェは、特にステーキと金目が美味しかったです。スタッフも感じが良く、夏休みらしい良い家族時間が過ごせました。

両親へのプレゼントにと思い宿泊させて頂きました。が、過去に両親は来た事があるとの事。それだけ、リッチ気分にさせてくれる施設なんだなと感じました。貸切風呂が無料で予約も不要というだけあってか、3〜４回見に行きましたが使用中で、利用できませんでした。食事は種類が豊富で食べきれない程でした。

GWの前半に利用したが、宿泊客が多くなく貸切風呂は待ち時間なく利用できて良かった。ただ、2食付きのプランにしたが、夕食の質は価格に見合ってないと感じた。
