The management was so thoughtful. They really took care of us. We stayed at 1-2-7 Ebisunishi. The little apt was located in the perfect spot. So convenient with 4 train stations in walking distance, a grocery store with the most delicious ready made food just down the street, great shopping area and restaurants nearby. The apt was equipped with cooking pans, dishes, a washer with soap. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be coming back.

Easy to get to places just ob too of the Metro train. Big space for 3 people, big bath tub. Clise to Lawson, 7 eleven and 5 mins walk to Den Den Town. Shame about internet it seem to work well for a little while then stop for the day. I don’t know how that works! Anyway,We are not fuss about the internet. But overall is an excellent trip. We love the place!

Comfortable home near subway station, and convenience stores around. Bed not so comfy, air-con have some smell when just turned on, after running for a while it was okay. Overall very nice apartment, owner is very mindful to prepare a powerbank for us, will stay again.

Good value for money in Osaka, traveling with two kids. Spacious and very practical. A bit noisy (thin windows and walls, one heard traffic) but host was very responsive and area very central. I'd come back and recommend it.

Just door-step to Tsutenkaku and Ebisucho Train station. very convenient travelling to places.

Host gave me a wrong number to open the mailbox and I had to wait and call to host several times until a staff gave me a spare key. In addition, WiFi was not connected in the room because of a wrong password even though host installed the WiFi. Springs of bed mattress stung my back and bothered my sleep. I think the maintenance didn't function.

Had trouble getting in as we hadn't received the email before we left our last WiFi room explaining about access codes Phone number does not work without adding or dropping area code numbers. On Expedia website, the building is called Annex which confused us & locals.

The room is very clean and tidy. Spaceful! The owner provides a detail instruction for going to the room.

Make sure you get email from hotel how to get there and the code combo to open the door. Once you get there everything else is easy We did food shopping in supermarket close by and made breakfast everyday.

This was a small three room apartment, very close to the Ebisucho Station, and near the Shinsekai area. There was no interaction with the proprietors, save an email which explained everything very well. It suited us well for one night.

The room size is perfect for 4 people or more and we are happy with the location and washing machine. Neighborhood is quite and clean. We stay for 6 nights in total but the owner fail to provide wifi per promise and slow in response. End up they only arrange portable wifi on day 5, quite disappointed. Also our kid got flea bite from one of the tatami.

Only received the check-in information a few hours before we were checking-in. The documents stated very clearly how to get to the apartment. Unfortunately, on the first day, our wifi and air-con did not work. We were freezing and my friend contacted the owner that night. We received a reply the following day only at 7pm. Someone swung by to pass us a new portable wifi and fixed the air-con. Everything was good after (:

Near to Ebisucho station which is accessible to Namba. Very convenient. It is opposite to shinsekai area.

This simple hotel is sitting at the 3rd floor of a domestic apartment and the owner is responsive asking request so quick. Room is relatively small if two people is being accommodated but I must say everything provided inside the room are all in good order , all facilities are well maintained and everything you needed for stays are there with you,you name it.

The location is not a hotel but a guest house. The location is not known as Nihonbashi No. 1 and even the locals couldn't advised on the location with the address provided in Expedia. Do note the host will send a confirmation email so do look out for it prior to your stay. As i was already traveling by the time the email was sent to me so i missed it. Location is very near to Ebisu station (10 mins walk) and the host does give very detailed manual in multiple languages. Location has a great view of the Osaka tower and plenty of eatery nearby. Nipponbashi Den Den town is also nearby which makes this stay a great location. Rooms is spacious and amenities are clean and very well provided. Wifi is good. Overall i give this location a 8/10 and i will stay here again if i travel to Osaka in the future.

very difficult to locate the preperty even with help of locals. mobile Wifi was mentioned in the booking site but only room Wifi is provided. TV also not provided.

Super easy access fr Ebischo stn. Lots of food choices nearby at Shinsekai
