This hotel was the best option for me and my friend. It's strategic, very near to Konbini, you can't be starving at anytime. It's near to bus halte, also JR Shinkansen (Kyoto Station). Everything is perfect with this hotel. Cleanliness, comfort, room size, location, etc. I will definitely go back to this hotel when I go to Kyoto once again.

It was a hotel, I don’t ever have high expectations. But it had air conditioning and a shower. That was great. I did try and wash my clothes once but it was always busy. But there was a couple laundry mats close by so not an issue.

During my stay, whenever I had any questions or issues, they were always nice and responded kindly. They were really helpful throughout my stay.

It was a hotel, I don’t ever have high expectations. But it had air conditioning and a shower. That was great. I did try and wash my clothes once but it was always busy. But there was a couple laundry mats close by so not an issue.

It is very convenient, near to bus station (if you are coming from Kansai airport) and Kyoto station. Lots of eatery place and shopping, it is also near to some attractions. Overall is good if I ever come back to Kyoto this hotel will be my choice. Very general with the amenities. Thank you for the hospitality.

Good location near the Kyoto train station. Nice quiet neighborhood. Room was a little old and unkept, mild odor and no usb ports for charging. Amenities aren't offered in the room but they keep them in the lobby for self-service.
